It is Your responsibility to take Valid Meter Reading(s) and provide this to Us within 7 calendar days of Us contacting You.
In that case, we will ▇▇▇▇ you on the basis of your Meter Readings.
All Cyclic Meter Readings shall be planned by Pelican in accordance with Pelican’s Field Itinerary and confirmed to Retailer in the monthly Cyclic Read Schedule.
All Non-Cyclic Meter Readings shall be planned by Pelican to fit within the operational schedule for the period.
The Supplier shall accept Meter Readings from AMR Meters (whether provided by Customer or a third party provider).
If We are unable to obtain a Valid Meter Reading(s) from Your Approved Export Meter remotely, We will contact You to obtain one.
The new FiT Licensee will then finalise the switch on the Central FiT Register and provide us relevant Meter Reading(s) for the switch date.
This includes all the meter readings taken from or supplied by You, including Generation Meter Readings and/or Export Meter Readings supplied to Us under this Agreement, as well as details of all payments made to You under the FiT Scheme.
We will not have any responsibility for making a final payment to You under this Agreement until We have received the necessary final Meter Reading(s).
Where termination Meter Readings are not provided, We will use a Meter Reading provided by You prior to the termination date.
