Meter Readings definition

Meter Readings has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Meter Readings Acquisition Agreement”.

  • We will not have any responsibility for making a final payment to You under this Agreement until We have received the necessary final Meter Reading(s).

  • Where termination Meter Readings are not provided, We will use a Meter Reading provided by You prior to the termination date.
