Disciplinary Bodies definition

Disciplinary Bodies means the Disciplinary Bodies under FAI Rules.
Disciplinary Bodies means the Complaints Administrator, the Complaints Committee, the Disciplinary Panel, each Disciplinary Tribunal and each Appeal Tribunal;
Disciplinary Bodies means the Complaints Committee, the Disciplinary Panel, any Disciplinary Tribunal and any Appeal Tribunal and “Disciplinary Body” means any of them;

Examples of Disciplinary Bodies in a sentence

  • Disciplinary matters relating to FAI competitions under the jurisdiction of another FAI disciplinary committee or body shall remain under the jurisdiction of that body until the disciplinary remit of that body is transferred to the FAI Disciplinary Bodies.

  • For national Disciplinary Bodies, an advisor may be present to advise the committee solely to ensure that proper procedure is followed and that the provisions of the CDR are properly applied.

  • All Disciplinary Bodies may allow reasonable postponements, adjournments or continuances consistent with the time available to the Disciplinary Body.

  • All Disciplinary matters of the FAI National League shall be under the remit of the FAI Disciplinary Bodies.

  • The Complaints and Disciplinary Bodies shall make decisions on culpability based on the 'balance of probabilities' meaning that the incident in question was more likely than not to have occurred.1.2 CONFIDENTIALITYMembers of the Complaints and Disciplinary Bodies shall keep all information disclosed to them confidential and no disclosure of any detail shall be made to any third party unless in the administration of their disciplinary function.

  • All ACBL Disciplinary Bodies, except ACBL Management, whether exercising original or appellate jurisdiction, must consist of a minimum of 3 members.

  • Anyone who breaches these Rules or commits any other offence relating to child protection, the protection of vulnerable persons and welfare may be subject to sanction, up to and including a ban from membership, by the FAI Child Welfare and Safeguarding Committee and/or FAI Disciplinary Bodies.

  • General Procedures for Conduct of Hearings by Disciplinary Bodies of Original Jurisdiction in CDR § 501-504 do not apply unless otherwise noted in this section.

  • The same provision is applied to the Members of the Executive Council and WBF Officers, except the HLPC members, and to the members of the Disciplinary Bodies or Auditors.

  • Discipline Options by Disciplinary Bodies The Disciplines set forth in CDR § 404 (A)-(F) are the only discipline(s) which may be imposed by a Disciplinary Body when a person is responsible for a violation under CDR § 3 except for those in connection with provisions a TDC has for imposing discipline under CDR § 503(J); or when otherwise expressly stated in this CDR.

The Disciplinary Panel must meet the composition requirements set forth in Part 40 of the CFTC Regulations and the composition requirements set forth in Rule 613(b).

  • Disciplinary Committee means the committee established under section 31;

  • Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.

  • Disciplinary sanction means any action listed in s. UWS 14.04 taken in response to student academic misconduct.

  • Disciplinary probation means a status in which a student may remain enrolled in the university only upon the condition that the student complies with specified standards of conduct or other requirements or restrictions on privileges, for a specified period of time, not to exceed two years.

  • Disciplinary Action means any action that can be taken on the completion of / during the investigation proceedings including but not limiting to a warning, imposition of fine, suspension from official duties or any such action as is deemed to be fit considering the gravity of the matter.

  • Disciplinary Tribunal means the judicial body established to hear and decide all breaches of the Integrity Code of Conduct in accordance with the Rules and Regulations and such other matters as set out in the Constitution, Rules or Regulations.

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;

  • Regulatory Bodies means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in the Contract or any other affairs of the Authority and “Regulatory Body” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."

  • Discipline means any action taken by a school district in response to behavioral violations.

  • Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.

  • Clinical supervisor means any of the following:
