Disclosed Pension Schemes definition

Disclosed Pension Schemes means the non-UK pension schemes which have been Disclosed in the Data Room;
Disclosed Pension Schemes means those pension schemes which are Disclosed in section 14 of the Data Room;
Disclosed Pension Schemes means the UK group pension plan and UK individual defined contribution pension plans, details of which are included in the Disclosure Letter;

  • Pension Schemes means the Nord Anglia Joint Pension Scheme, the Wyburn School Limited Pension Life Assurance Scheme (1985) and the Lifetime Pension Scheme, and “Pension Scheme” means any one of them.
