Discom(s) definition

Discom(s) means one or more of the following distribution companies:
Discom(s) means the Buying Entity or the distribution utilities who have signed/will sign the PSA (s) with SECI for purchase of Power;
Discom(s) or “Distribution Licensees” or “Buying Entity (ies)” or “Buying Utility(ies)” or “Procurer(s)” shall mean the Buying Entity or the distribution utilities who have signed/will sign the back to back PSA(s) with SECI for purchase of Power. It is clarified that all obligations of SECI under this Agreement shall be deemed to be the obligations of Buying Entities with which SECI has signed/will sign Power Sale Agreement.

Discom(s) means Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. (PSPCL).
Discom(s) means the distribution utility or the distribution utilities who have signed the PSA (s) with NTPC for purchase of Bundled Power;
Discom(s) means a distribution companies responsible for distribution of power;
