Discount Rate Option definition

Discount Rate Option means any Term Rate Investment Option or Daily Rate Investment Option.
Discount Rate Option means, subject to Sections 1.24 and 1.25, for any day in any Discount Period for any Capital:
Discount Rate Option means any Term Rate Investment Option or Daily Rate Investment Option. I x AYR/Year where: AYR = the “Alternate Yield Rate” as defined herein, for such Portion of Investment for such day with respect to such Purchaser, I =the Investment with respect to such Portion of Investment on such day or during such Yield Period, as applicable, with respect to such Purchaser, ED =the actual number of days during such Yield Period, and Year =if such Portion of Investment is funded based upon: (i) LMIR, 360 days, and (ii) the Base Rate, 365 or 366 days, as applicable. provided, that no provision of this Agreement shall require the payment or permit the collection of Discount in excess of the maximum permitted by Applicable Law; and provided further, that Discount for any Portion of Investment shall not be considered paid by any distribution to the extent that at any time all or a portion of such distribution is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason. In addition to the foregoing, any interest accrued and payable by the Seller to the Administrator pursuant to Section 1.2(b)(ii) shall constitute “Discount” payable to the Administrator hereunder for all purposes.

Examples of Discount Rate Option in a sentence

  • If at any time the designated rate applicable to any Investment made by any Purchaser exceeds such Purchaser’s highest lawful rate, the Discount Rate Option on such Purchaser’s Investments shall be limited to such Purchaser’s highest lawful rate.

  • If the Seller fails to select a new Discount Rate Option to apply to any Portion of Investment under any Term Rate Investment Option at the expiration of an existing Yield Period applicable to such Portion of Investment in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.12, the Seller shall be deemed to have continued such Portion of Investment as the Term Rate Investment Option then in effect commencing upon the last day of the existing Yield Period.

  • Any Purchase Notice that fails to select a Discount Rate Option shall be deemed to be a request for the SOFR Rate Option.

Related to Discount Rate Option

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Base Rate Option means the option of the Borrower to have Loans bear interest at the rate and under the terms set forth in Section 4.1.1(a)(i) [Revolving Credit Base Rate Option].

  • Discount Rate means the rate used by the Plan Administrator for determining the Accrual Balance. The initial Discount Rate is six percent (6%). However, the Plan Administrator, in its discretion, may adjust the Discount Rate to maintain the rate within reasonable standards according to GAAP and/or applicable bank regulatory guidance.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • Money Market Absolute Rate Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to an Absolute Rate Auction.

  • Eurodollar Competitive Loan means any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • Alternate Base Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.
