Discretionary Fund definition

Discretionary Fund means a monetary amount set aside in the Independent Choices Program service budget to purchase items not otherwise delineated in the monthly service budget or agreed to be savings for items not traditionally covered under Medicaid home and community- based services. Discretionary funds are expended as described in OAR 411-030-0100.
