Fuel supply for Generation Resources used for Power Pooling shall be used in accordance with the Fuel Supply Dispatch Procedures.
Unless otherwise provided herein, no modification, amendment, or other change to this Agreement or the Exhibits will be binding on any Party unless consented to in writing by both Parties; provided, that MMC may revise the Operating and Dispatch Procedures as described herein.
