Dispensary agent definition

Dispensary agent means the same as "nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary agent" as defined in A.R.S. § 36-2801.
Dispensary agent means an owner, a member, an employee, a volunteer, an officer, or a director of a dispensary.
Dispensary agent means an employee, staff volunteer, officer, or board member of a non-profit medical marijuana treatment center, who shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
