Display Use definition

Display Use means the viewing of Data via any display medium other than via Non-Display Use; Distribute/Distribution means distribution of or otherwise enabling access (directly or indirectly) to Data to third parties; Distributor Order Form means the data order form provided to the Distributor by Aquis and agreed in writing between the Parties as amended from time to time by written agreement between the Parties; Distributor Authorised Usage means the purpose for which the Distributor can use the Data; Distributor Service means the Distributor’s system used for the distribution of the Data (including the internet to the extent that the Distributor relies on the internet for the distribution of the Data to Customers) as approved by Aquis for each type of Data, and as described in the Distributor Order Form for such type of Data; Distributor Verification Entities means the Distributor, its Affiliates involved in the Distribution of the Data, the Distributor’s Customers and the Service Providers, and any relevant Company; Fees means those fees applicable to and payable by the Distributor as set out in the Fee Schedule; Fee Schedule means the list of Fees published by Aquis on the Aquis Website;
Display Use means the display of Data via a graphical user interface, application or other display medium; Distribute/Distribution means distribution of or otherwise enabling access (directly or indirectly) to Data to third parties; Fees means those fees applicable to and payable by the Customer as set out in the Price List; Individual User each and every person in receipt of the Data and/or any part of it directly and/or indirectly from the Customer;

  • The failure of data recipients to submit the Non- Display Use Declaration on time leads to potentially incorrect billing and administrative burdens, including tracking and obtaining late Non-Display Use Declarations and correcting and following up on payments owed in connection with late Non-Display Use Declarations.

  • Display ’ means the display of a sign and includes the erection of any billboard, sign or structure intended solely or primarily for the support of a sign or billboard, and includes the display of a sign of a business, trade partnership or individual connected with the contents of the sign or sign, and ‘‘displayed’’ has a corresponding meaning;

  • Display fireworks means large fireworks devices that are explosive materials intended for use in fireworks displays and designed to produce visible or audible effects by combustion, deflagration, or detonation, as provided in 27 CFR 555.11, 49 CFR 172, and APA standard 87-1, 4.1.

  • Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.

  • Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation.   • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • Screen means microscopic phosphor crystals on a plastic support used in conjunction with either single or double emulsion film; the screen emits visible light when exposed to X-radiation, creating a latent image on X-ray film.

  • Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • End-use means the light, heat, cooling, refrigeration, motor drive, microwave energy, video or audio signal, computer processing, electrolytic process, or other useful work produced by equipment using electricity.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Commercial Use means the use to which the material can commercially be put.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Logo means the SAP Partner logo as detailed in the SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.

  • Transient space marketplace means an online marketplace through which a person may offer transient accommodations or hotel rooms to individuals. A "transient space marketplace" allows transient accommodations or hotel rooms to be advertised or listed through an online marketplace in exchange for consideration or provides a means for a customer to arrange for the occupancy of the transient accommodation or hotel room in exchange for consideration. A 'transient space marketplace' shall not include an online marketplace operated by or on behalf of a hotel or hotel corporation that facilitates customer occupancy solely for the hotel or hotel corporation's owned or managed hotels and franchisees, and shall not include a travel agency or an online travel agency.

  • Production, Use or Storage of Nuclear Material means the production, manufacture, enrichment, conditioning, processing, reprocessing, use, storage, handling and disposal of Nuclear Material.

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
