Graphical User Interface. Graphical User Interface" means a graphical user interface, which may be designed by InfoSpace and Vequity and implemented by InfoSpace pursuant to this Agreement for the Vequity Site, that contains or implements branding, graphics, navigation, content or other characteristics or features such that a user reasonably would conclude that such interface is part of the Vequity Site, and containing InfoSpace's customary and required content attribution which may include logo and "Powered by InfoSpace." Vequity and InfoSpace will cooperate to design the user-perceptible elements of the Graphical User Interface, with the goals of: (a) conforming the display output of the "look and feel" associated with the Vequity Site; and (b) maximizing the commercial effectiveness thereof. Following agreement by the parties upon the design specifications thereof, InfoSpace will use commercially reasonable efforts to develop the Graphical User Interface and to implement the same on the Co-Branded Pages. InfoSpace shall have no liability or obligation for failure to develop or implement the Graphical User Interface or any Co-Branded Pages as contemplated by this Section 1.5.3, or for any nonconformity with the design specifications agreed upon by the parties, provided InfoSpace has used commercially reasonable efforts to develop and implement the same as provided in this Section 1.5.3.
Graphical User Interface. The graphical user interface (GUI) for the MCPS2100 provides system input and control as well as report current operating conditions. Through this interface the user can modify operating parameters, configuration information, and monitor the current health of the system. In a multi-module configuration the GUI provides both an overall system interface (via AMM) as well as direct access to the individual RF modules.

Graphical User Interface. All web pages that exist in user folder, and are used as the front-end of our web application conform to a universal stylesheet that defines the overall style and element positioning of the User Interface. These pages derive from a MasterPage file (basically a universal Template) which defines the basic components such as the menu bar, popup windows, footer, content placeholders (where each page holds their separate UI modules) etc. With this type of implementation we achieved a universal look and style for all web pages, easy and secure authentication procedures (so that only logged in and roles registered users can access). The majority of the project's web pages consist of html elements (ul, labels, text-areas, divs, paragraphs etc.) as front-end source code, along with CSS, JavaScript and JQuery functions and run on Server Side. We must also note that the whole web application project was built using the bootstrap framework (Twitter based front-end framework that consists of html, CSS and JavaScript that helps to build responsive applications). The initial home page for each user contains a dashboard (Figure 3.2) with all functionalities that are available to each Group / Role of users. Each tab redirects user to a specific web page that handles the required modules.

  • Network Interface Device 4.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of end-user customer premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single-line termination device or that portion of a multiple-line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. The NID features two independent xxxxxxxx or divisions that separate the service provider’s network from the End User’s on-premises wiring. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the End User each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable. 4.1.1 BellSouth shall permit Al-Call to connect Al-Call ’s loop facilities to on-premises wiring through the BellSouth NID or at any other technically feasible point.
