Data Order Form definition

Data Order Form means an order form for the receipt and use of Data (including a Cboe Global Markets Data Order Form and System Description provided to Data Recipient by Cboe) that has been submitted by Data Recipient and accepted by Cboe, including via electronic means.
Data Order Form means the form attached as Exhibit A to the Agreement, as amended from time to time.
Data Order Form means the data order form provided to Recipient by BATS and agreed in writing between the Parties as amended from time to time by written agreement between the Parties;

  • Data Recipients distributing Derived Data must use the Exchange Data Order Form and System Description to describe any Derived Data created using Exchange Data.

  • Any notice which either Party is required or authorised by this Agreement to give or make to the other shall be given in writing by email (to be provided by the Recipient in the completed Data Order Form), post or hand delivery addressed to the other Party at their last known business address.

  • The Cboe entity(ies) entering into this Agreement with Data Recipient (the “Cboe Contracting Entity”) is determined based on the Data Product Category selected by the Data Recipient in a Data Order Form using the chart below.

  • The CD-ROM can be purchased via the FFIEC CRA/ HMDA Data Order Form (item #303) that is located on the web (www.ffiec.gov/ hmda/orderform.htm).

  • If BATS agrees to each such use the Parties shall sign and agree an amended Data Order Form (including any changes to the Agreement BATS requires) and the Recipient shall be deemed licenced for such purpose.

  • Furthermore, for greater certainty, any Data Order Form pertaining to Data or subscriptions in existence at the time when this Agreement goes into effect shall remain in effect as a Data Order Form under this Agreement as if such Data Order Form were executed on the effective date of this Agreement , unless Cboe has notified otherwise.

  • Order Form means an ordering document specifying the Services to be provided hereunder that is entered into between You and Us or any of Our Affiliates, including any addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • Order Form Effective Date means the date on which an Order Form comes into effect as indicated in that Order Form.
