Distribution Reserve Account definition

Distribution Reserve Account means a securities or deposit account of the Borrower established with a nationally recognized account bank in consultation with (and reasonably acceptable to) the Lender Representative and designated as the “Distribution Reserve Account” in writing by the Borrower to the Lender Representative and the Administrative Agent.
Distribution Reserve Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.
