Distributions Committee definition

Distributions Committee has the meaning given to it in the Investor Rights Agreement;
Distributions Committee shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 8.8.8;
Distributions Committee means the committee established pursuant to clause 7;

Examples of Distributions Committee in a sentence

  • In addition to reporting violations of this Code to the Audit, Compliance and Distributions Committee of the Funds as provided in Section I-C(2), the Code of Ethics Officer shall also report to such Committee any sanctions imposed with respect to such violations.

Related to Distributions Committee

  • Nominations Committee means the committee referred to as such in, and established pursuant to, Article 133;

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Personal campaign committee means the committee appointed by a candidate to act for the candidate as provided in this chapter.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Committees means Committees of the Board for the time being in force.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Listing Committee the listing committee of the Stock Exchange;

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.
