District Information means any record and all information, in any form, recorded in any way, including, but not limited to, handwriting, print, computer media, video or audiotape, film, microfilm, and microfiche and includes paper and electronic student education record information, or employee record information, furnished or made available directly or indirectly by NNPS or otherwise obtained from NNPS in connection with the Contractor’s services and/or any agreement, including all information of NNPS, or any NNPS affiliate to which it has had or will have access to, whether it is in oral, written, graphic or machine-readable form.
District Information means any and all information, data, record, specification, software code, ideas, documents, and District Data, or other material, in any form and on any media, including but not limited to, any such information that may belong to or affect third persons not a party to this Agreement, which the Service Provider receives from the District.
