Amenity Center definition

Amenity Center means the recreational complex located at 2877 Crestline Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32308, and consisting of, among other facilities, a clubhouse building, Pool Area, Fitness Center, playground, fire pits, covered pavilion and sport courts.
Amenity Center means the recreational facility and associated infrastructure as currently contemplated, plans of which are on file with the Districts, that are to be owned and/or operated by Avalon Park West and shall include, but not be limited to, the clubhouse, the swimming pool, the parking lot, landscaping, and hardscaping.
Amenity Center means a private amenity center that contains: (1) a swimming pool with a minimum 4,000 square feet of water surface area; (2) a kiddie pool or spray park designed to appeal to children, which may be integrated in to the swimming pool if a minimum of 1,000 square feet of water surface area is provided; (3) a covered open-air cabana with ceiling fans and accent lighting; (4) restrooms and appropriate storage space; (5) an area improved with artificial turf grass and festoon lighting to serve gatherings and programmed activities such as bean bag toss; and (6) an off-street concrete parking lot consisting of at least 20 parking spaces.

Amenity Center. – shall mean the properties and areas owned by the RedHawk Homeowners Association, Inc. and intended for recreational use and shall include, but not specifically be limited to, the amenity center, pool, and playground together with its appurtenant facilities and areas.

  • Community center means a center established under Subchapter A, Chapter 534.

  • Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Perimeter means the fenced or walled area of the institution that restrains the movement of the inmates.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
