DN Operator definition

DN Operator or "DNO" means a person (including Transco) which is, and in its capacity as, the owner or operator of one or more LDZ(s) and licensee under a Transporter's Licence authorising the conveyance of gas through such LDZ(s);
DN Operator means the holder of a licence granted or treated as granted under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986 in relation to one or more distribution networks who is obliged to comply with one or more conditions in Standard Special Conditions Part D;
DN Operator or "DNO" means a person which is the owner or operator of one or more LDZ(s) and licensee under a Transporter's Licence authorising the conveyance of gas through such LDZ(s);"

  • For the avoidance of doubt the inspection rights of the DN Operator shall extend to any regulatory body that may wish or require to inspect or audit the installation to ensure compliance with a direction issued to the DN Operator.
