In relation to an Interruption Invitation the DN Operator shall select or reject interruption offers and publish certain details in respect of such interruption offers, for which purposes TPD Section G6.4 shall be deemed to apply.
For the purposes of TPD Section B1.9.3 the relevant DN Operator will hold NTS Offtake Capacity at the Scottish Independent Network NTS Exit Point.
