DOCUMENT CUSTODY AUDIT REPORT definition

DOCUMENT CUSTODY AUDIT REPORT means a report by the Auditor of the Series Trust in accordance with clause 25.
DOCUMENT CUSTODY AUDIT REPORT has the meaning given to that term in clause 7.7.

Related to DOCUMENT CUSTODY AUDIT REPORT

  • Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.

  • Audit Report means a report summarising the testing completed and the actions arising following an Audit;

  • Credit reporting agency means a corporation that carries on a credit reporting business.

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Servicing Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.08(b).

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Attestation Report As defined in Section 3.17.

  • Reporting Servicer As defined in Section 11.13.

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Credit report means any written, oral, or other communication of

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Daily Report has the meaning set forth in Section 8.9(a).

  • MERS Report The report from the MERS System listing MERS Designated Mortgage Loans and other information.

  • Document Checklist means an electronic list delivered by the Borrower (or by the Servicer on behalf of the Borrower) to the Collateral Custodian that identifies each of the documents contained in each Collateral Obligation File and whether such document is an original or a copy and whether a hard copy or electronic copy will be delivered to the Collateral Custodian related to a Collateral Obligation and includes the name of the Obligor with respect to such Collateral Obligation, in each case as of the related Funding Date.

  • Weekly Report means a report, in form and substance mutually acceptable to the Seller and the Managing Agents (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Managing Agents on each Weekly Reporting Date pursuant to Section 7.5, reflecting information for the seven (7) day period ending on the day immediately preceding such Weekly Reporting Date.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Delinquent Loan Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Verification Report As defined in Section 4.19.

  • Accountants’ Report means the report of a firm of nationally recognized Independent Accountants described in Section 4.11.

  • Monthly Servicing Report shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.
