Governance Group means the group established in accordance with Part C of this Section;

Governance Group means the group defined in clause 7; "GP locality" means an area covered by a CCG; "IGT" means the NHS Information Governance Toolkit, as may be amended and updated from time to time; “patient” means the generic term used within this agreement to refer to a person who is eligible for or who has a summary Cheshire Care Record and is being treated by one of the partner organisations, otherwise referred to as clients, residents, service users, citizens or people.

  • Governance means rules, processes and be- havior that affect the way in which powers are exercised. The term “territorial governance” may be used to denominate the political concern to coordinate policies, programs and projects in re- lation to a specific territorial development.

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Peer Companies means the companies included in the Xxxxxxx 2000 on December 31, 2017. In the event of a bankruptcy of a Peer Company, such company shall remain a Peer Company.

  • MUSL Board means the governing body of the MUSL, which is comprised of the chief executive officer of each Party Lottery.

  • Governing board means the Fund's Board of Directors if the Fund is a corporation or the Fund's Board of Trustees if the Fund is a trust, or, where duly authorized, a competent committee thereof.
