Domestic Obligor definition

Domestic Obligor means an individual Obligor whose primary residence is in, or an Obligor (other than an individual) formed under the laws of or having its chief executive office or principal place of business located in, the United States (including each State, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands) or Canada.
Domestic Obligor means an Obligor who is a current resident of the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam or any of the other territories of the United States.
Domestic Obligor means the Company or a Loan Party that is a Domestic Subsidiary, and includes any Domestic Borrower.

Examples of Domestic Obligor in a sentence

  • No Domestic Obligor shall have control over such funds except as described in the immediately preceding sentence.

  • Schedule 4.14(j) hereto lists the following information with respect to each Domestic Obligor: (i) all present Securities Accounts (ii) the account number of each Securities Account and (iii) within sixty (60) days after the Closing Date, a list describing all Securities Account Control Agreements.

More Definitions of Domestic Obligor

Domestic Obligor means Obligors who are citizens or residents of, and make payments from, the United States, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam, any of the other territories of the United States, Canada or U.S. military bases. For the avoidance of doubt, having a military address outside the United States or making payments from such address shall not cause a United States citizen or resident Obligor to not be a Domestic Obligor.
Domestic Obligor means any Loan Party that is organized or existing under the laws of the United States, any state of the United States or the District of Columbia.
Domestic Obligor means a Loan Party that is a U.S. Person.
Domestic Obligor means all Obligors who are not Foreign Obligors.
