Domestic Office definition

Domestic Office means, relative to any Lender, the office of such Lender designated as such below its signature hereto or designated in the Lender Assignment Agreement or such other office of a Lender (or any successor or assign of such Lender) within the United States as may be designated from time to time by notice from such Lender, as the case may be, to each other Person party hereto.

Domestic Office means the office of a Lender designated as its “Domestic Office” on Schedule II hereto or in a Lender Assignment Agreement, or such other office within the United States as may be designated from time to time by notice from such Lender to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

• No change by a Lender in its Domestic Office or LIBOR Office made for such Lender's convenience shall result in any increased cost to the Borrower.

• Each Canadian BA to be accepted by any Canadian Lender shall be accepted by such Canadian Lender at its Domestic Office located in Canada.

• Eurodollar Loans shall be made by each Lender at its Eurodollar Office and Reference Rate Loans shall be made by each Lender at its Domestic Office.
