Domestic Source definition

Domestic Source means residential dwellings including single family and multifamily (regardless of size) from which only domestic sewage is discharged.
Domestic Source means a product, including wastewater, generated from premises as a result of human living processes, including cooking, cleaning, washing, drinking, or other domestic activities;
Domestic Source means any residence, building, structure, facility, or installation from which there is or may be discharged to the POTW only sanitary sewage, in an amount less than two thousand (2,000) gallons per day, as determined in accordance with the Sewage Flow Estimates published at 314 C.M.R. §7.15, which are incorporated herein by reference.
