Domestic Subsidiary Security Agreement definition

Domestic Subsidiary Security Agreement means that certain security agreement to be executed by each Domestic Subsidiary (other than RTI Donor Services) in favor of Administrative Agent and Lenders, in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent, on or prior to the Closing Date.
