Subsidiary Security Agreements definition

Subsidiary Security Agreements means all such Subsidiary Security Agreements, collectively.
Subsidiary Security Agreements means, collectively the security agreements executed and delivered to the Agent by any Subsidiary of the Company pursuant to the requirements of Section 4.01(f) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced and/or restated from time to time and at any time, and the term "Subsidiary Security Agreement" means any of the Subsidiary Security Agreements.
Subsidiary Security Agreements means, collectively, that certain Amended and Restated Master Subsidiary Security Agreement dated as of September 20, 1996, that certain First Supplemental Master Subsidiary Security Agreement dated as of November 15, 1996, and that certain Second Supplemental Master Subsidiary Security Agreement dated as of December 31, 1997, among each of the Restricted Subsidiaries and the Administrative Agent, and shall include any similar agreements substantially in the form of Exhibit J attached hereto.

Subsidiary Security Agreements has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 6.9.
