Domestic Swing Line Note definition

Domestic Swing Line Note means the promissory note of the Domestic Borrowers substantially in the form of Exhibit C-4, payable to the order of the applicable Swing Line Lender, evidencing the Swing Line Loans made by such Swing Line Lender to the Domestic Borrowers.
Domestic Swing Line Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a)(ii).
Domestic Swing Line Note means the Amended and Restated Domestic Swing Line Note, in the form of the attached Exhibit C-1, executed and delivered by US Borrower pursuant to Section 2.4(c) hereof.
