Dominion Accounts definition

Dominion Accounts means the US Dominion Account and the German Dominion Account.
Dominion Accounts special concentration accounts established by the U.S. Borrowers at Bank of America, the Canadian Obligors at Bank of America (Canada), the German Borrowers at Bank of America, N.A. (acting through its London Branch) or, in either case, at another bank reasonably acceptable to the Agent, over which the Agent has exclusive control for withdrawal purposes pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents. EBITDA: with respect to any Person for any period, the Consolidated Net Income of such Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period:
Dominion Accounts means the “Dominion Accounts” as such term is defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Dominion Accounts

Dominion Accounts shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.12(c)(i).

  • Deposit Account Agreement means the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time, issued by the Custodian and available on the Custodian’s internet customer portal, “xx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx”.

  • Deposit Account Control Agreements means, with respect to each deposit account that is required by the Collateral Agreement to be subject to a control agreement, a deposit account control agreement executed by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent as the secured party thereto, and the deposit bank, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Blocked Account Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.22(c).
