Dow Agreement definition

Dow Agreement means that certain agreement between Dow Chemical Company and Licensor, effective January 1, 1998.
Dow Agreement means that certain Collaborative Research Agreement dated September 11, 2003, by and between Seller and The Dow Chemical Company (as amended on November 13, 2003 and June 9, 2004), as it exists on the date of this Agreement and as amended from time to time by Seller with Purchaser’s written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), provided that such consent shall be deemed automatically given by Purchaser in the event that Purchaser has not responded to Seller’s request for consent within thirty (30) days of such notice.
