Collaborative Research Agreement Sample Clauses
A Collaborative Research Agreement is a legal contract that outlines the terms and conditions under which two or more parties agree to work together on a research project. It typically specifies the roles and responsibilities of each party, how intellectual property and research results will be managed, and the allocation of funding and resources. By clearly defining these aspects, the agreement helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures that contributions and benefits are fairly distributed, and facilitates smooth cooperation throughout the research process.
