DP Laws definition

DP Laws means any law, enactment, regulation, regulatory policy, by law, ordinance or subordinate legislation relating to the processing, privacy, and use of Personal Data, that applies to the Member, IPSX and/or the Services, including:
DP Laws means any applicable data protection and privacy laws relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal information including but not limited to (i) the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023; and/or (ii) any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations including any amendment, supplement, update, modification to or re-enactment of such laws;
DP Laws means any applicable data protection laws relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of Personal Data including, but not limited to: (i) the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR“), (ii) laws implemented by EU member states which contain derogations from, or exemptions or authorizations for the purposes of, the GDPR, or which are otherwise intended to supplement the GDPR, (iii) Directive 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy Directive”) as implemented by EU member states or in the UK (as may be applicable), (iv) any legislation that, replaces or converts into domestic law the GDPR and/or the ePrivacy Directive (as may be updated or replaced) or any other law relating to data protection, the processing of personal data and privacy as a consequence of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union; and/or (v) any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations including any amendment, update, modification to or re- enactment of such laws.

  • We have appointed a data protection officer (DPO) for you to contact if you have any questions regarding this Policy or believe we have breached the Data Protection Act 2018 and/or the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU)2016/679) (DP Laws).

  • Each party to this DP Framework agrees to comply with all applicable law, including Applicable DP Laws.

  • Each party shall: (a) ensure that it complies at all times with all applicable obligations which may arise under applicable DP Laws in connection with the Processing of Personal Data pursuant to this Agreement; and (b) take appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful Processing of Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, Personal Data.

  • Otherwise, all processing of Protected Data shall cease upon expiry or termination of the Agreement (unless required to comply with DP Laws).

  • Each party shall comply with their respective obligations under DP Laws relevant to its own processing activities of the Protected Data.


More Definitions of DP Laws

DP Laws means any applicable data protection and privacy laws relating to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data including but not limited to (i) the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”); (ii) the GDPR as transposed into the national laws of the United Kingdom (“UK GDPR”); (iii) Directive 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy Directive”); and (iv) any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations including any amendment, supplement, update, modification to or re-enactment of such laws;
DP Laws means any applicable laws and regulations in any relevant jurisdiction relating to the use or processing of personal data including: (i) EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"); (ii) any laws or regulations ratifying, implementing, adopting, supplementing or replacing the GDPR (including, in the UK, the Data Protection Xxx 0000 ("DPA")) and the applied GDPR as defined in the DPA; (iii) any laws and regulations implementing or made pursuant to EU Directive 2002/58/EC (as amended by 2009/136/EC) (including, in the UK, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003); and (iv) any binding guidance or binding codes of practice issued by a governmental or regulatory body or authority in relation to compliance with the foregoing; in each case, as updated, amended or replaced from time to time.; in each case, to the extent in force, and as such are updated, amended or replaced from time to time;
DP Laws means the Data Protection Xxx 0000, the EU Directive 95/46/EC, as replaced or superseded from time to time, including by the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and any laws and/or regulations implementing or supplementing the GDPR; the E-Privacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and all other applicable laws and regulations relating to the Processing of Personal Data, including any legislation that replaces, repeals and/or supersedes any of the foregoing; and (c) “Personal Data”, and “Processing” shall have the same meanings as in the GDPR, and their cognate terms shall be construed accordingly and “processed” and “process” shall be construed in accordance with the definition of “Processing”.
DP Laws means all law and regulation relating to data protection and privacy which is from time to time applicable to each of the EMEA Companies in any relevant jurisdiction, including the GDPR, and all relevant EU and EEA member state laws or regulations giving effect to or corresponding with it, and the UK Data Protection Act 2018
DP Laws means all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the UK GDPR (as defined in s.2 of the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations SI 2019/410); the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended (the “DP Laws”);and
DP Laws means the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC as implemented in the appropriate local territories of the European Union until 25 May 2018 (the “GDPR Date”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") on and from the GDPR Date (as amended and superseded from time to time), and/or all applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, regulatory requirements from time to time, in each case in each jurisdiction where the Services are delivered in relation to data privacy.
DP Laws. Means any applicable law relating to the processing, privacy, and use of Personal Data, as applicable to the Controller, the Processor and/ or the Services provided under this Agreement, including: the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”), and/or any corresponding or equivalent national laws or regulations; the UK Data Protection Xxx 0000, and any successor legislation which implements or replaces the GDPR in the UK; and any judicial or administrative interpretation of them, any guidance, guidelines, codes of practice, approved codes of conduct or approved certification mechanisms issued by any relevant Supervisory Authority.
