Examples of DPC Entities in a sentence

  • Accordingly, in the event of a breach or threatened breach of any of the Employee’s duties and obligations under Section 6 or 7 hereof, the DPC Entities, shall be entitled, individually or collectively, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies the DPC Entities may have in that connection (including any right to damages that the DPC Entities may suffer), to bring an action for a temporary, preliminary, and/or permanent injunction restraining such breach or threatened breach.

  • The Employee shall devote the Employee’s full time and best efforts to the performance of all responsibilities to the DPC Entities and to further their respective businesses and interests.

  • The provisions of this Article XI shall terminate upon the closing of an initial public offering of the Corporation’s securities except with respect to Corporate Opportunities identified or other activities undertaken prior to that date Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the affirmative vote of a majority-in-interest of DPC Entities holding shares of the Corporation’s stock shall be required to alter, amend or repeal, or to adopt any provision inconsistent with, this Article XI.

  • The Employee acknowledges that the confidential information is vital, sensitive, confidential and proprietary to the DPC Entities.

  • Target Companies means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Parent Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Parent.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Spinco immediately following the Contribution.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.
