DRIP definition

DRIP means the distribution reinvestment plan of the Trust.
DRIP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.
DRIP means the Company’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan, attached hereto as Schedule B, as amended, modified, revised or restated from time to time.

Examples of DRIP in a sentence

  • The Board of Directors may, without the consent of any Person, amend, modify, revise or restate the DRIP from time to time and any such amendment, modification, revision or restatement of the DRIP shall not constitute an amendment to this Agreement.

  • The DRIP Shares will be issued and sold to shareholders of the Company at the transaction price of the applicable class of Shares on the date the distribution is payable.

DRIP has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.
DRIP irrigation means any non-spray low volume irrigation system utilizing emission devices with a flow rate measured in gallons per hour. Low volume irrigation systems are specifically designed to apply small volumes of water slowly at or near the root zone of plants.
DRIP means the distribution reinvestment plan of the REIT.
