Examples of DRIP in a sentence
The Board of Directors may, without the consent of any Person, amend, modify, revise or restate the DRIP from time to time and any such amendment, modification, revision or restatement of the DRIP shall not constitute an amendment to this Agreement.
The DRIP Shares will be issued and sold to shareholders of the Company at the transaction price of the applicable class of Shares on the date the distribution is payable.
No upfront selling commission, dealer manager fees, or other similar placement fees (together, the “Upfront Sales Load”) will be paid with respect to shares issued under the Company’s DRIP.
