Drip Liquids definition

Drip Liquids means all distillates, condensate, and other hydrocarbon liquids that are collected by Gatherer between the Receipt Points and the Delivery Points on a Gathering System, including all distillates, condensate, and other hydrocarbons allocated to Producers’ Gas under Third Party Gathering Agreements.
Drip Liquids means any liquid hydrocarbons accumulating in drips, separators and/or pipelines after Producer’s Gas is delivered into the Gathering System at the Delivery Point(s) but upstream of the second (2nd) stage of compression, including, without limitation, dirty oil, line drip, scrubber oil, compression and separator liquids, distillates and condensates.
Drip Liquids means all commercially marketable quantities of distillates, condensate, and other hydrocarbon liquids that are collected by Gatherer between the Receipt Point(s) and the Delivery Point(s) on the Gathering System, including all commercially marketable quantities of distillates, condensate, and other hydrocarbon liquids allocated to Shipper in accordance with Section 3.1(d), but excluding non-commercially marketable volumes of liquid and liquefiable hydrocarbons that accumulate under natural conditions.

  • The Parties shall, as soon as reasonably practicable following the date hereof, use their commercially reasonable efforts to agree upon a nomination procedure with respect to receipts and deliveries of Shipper Gas (including any Drip Liquids allocated to Shipper in accordance with this Agreement) and Shipper Injected Liquids at the Receipt Points and Delivery Points.

  • As between the Parties, Shipper shall be solely responsible for, and shall make all necessary arrangements at and downstream of the Delivery Points for, receipt, further transportation, processing, and marketing of Shipper Gas (including any Drip Liquids allocated to Shipper in accordance with this Agreement) and Shipper Injected Liquids.

  • Producers acknowledge that certain reductions in volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas will occur due to shrinkage from Drip Liquids in each Xxxxxxx Gathering System, and such reductions attributable to Drip Liquids shall be shared and allocated among Producers and other third parties whose Gas is gathered on that Xxxxxxx Gathering System in the proportion to the C5+ constituents contained in the Gas delivered by each such shipper to the Xxxxxxx Gathering System.

  • The act of Tendering Gas and/or Injected Liquids to the Receipt Points by Shipper shall be deemed a warranty of title to such Gas (including any Drip Liquids allocated to Shipper in accordance with this Agreement) and/or Injected Liquids by Shipper, or a warranty of the right of Shipper to deliver such Gas (including any Drip Liquids allocated to Shipper in accordance with this Agreement) and/or Injected Liquids for gathering under this Agreement.

  • Gatherer owns, operates and maintains the Gathering System (as defined herein), which allows Gatherer to gather Gas (as defined herein) and Injected Liquids (as defined herein) from various receipt point(s) and to redeliver Gas, Injected Liquids and Drip Liquids (as defined herein) to various delivery point(s).

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that Drip Liquids may result from the normal operation of the Gathering System and the provision of the System Services to Shipper Gas hereunder.

More Definitions of Drip Liquids

Drip Liquids means any liquid hydrocarbons accumulating in drips, separators, equipment and/or pipelines at any point between the Delivery Point and the initial inlet scrubber of the Plant (including liquid hydrocarbons recovered by the inlet scrubber); including, without limitation, dirty oil, line drip, scrubber oil, compression and separator liquids and condensate.
Drip Liquids means that portion of the Shipper Gas that is received into the Gathering System (without manual separation or injection) and that condenses in, and is recovered from, the Gathering System as a liquid.
Drip Liquids means (i) hydrocarbon liquids separated from Gas at the Points of Receipt, at the Points of Delivery and at other locations on the Gathering System and (ii) hydrocarbon liquids injected into the Gathering System and subsequently retrieved from the Gathering System, whether in slug catchers or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, any hydrocarbon liquids separated from Gas at any point upstream of the Points of Receipt are not Drip Liquids for purposes of this Agreement.
