Examples of Drug Discovery Plan in a sentence

  • Until AstraZeneca exercises the Collaboration Program License Right for a particular Collaboration Program, unless otherwise specified in Section 1.14 and except as otherwise provided under Section 2.5.2(b), Isis will be responsible for all costs associated with the Isis Conducted Activities designated under each Drug Discovery Plan.

  • While the Parties are reviewing technology options to be used under a Drug Discovery Plan for a potential Development Candidate, the Parties will discuss any existing or potential Third Party Obligations they believe apply or may apply to such technology.

Drug Discovery Plan means the Parties’ joint research plans for individual projects in the Collaboration Field that involve Drug Candidates, in respect of one or more indications, that are post-M0 but pre-M1 and are to be actively pursued by IPH and NN as set forth in the annexed Schedule 1.1.31 or in any update or amendment to such Schedule as may hereafter be directed by the Joint Steering Committee pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Drug Discovery Plan

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).

  • Integrated Development Plan means a plan formulated and approved as envisaged in Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act 2000, as amended.

  • Research Analyst means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Research Analyst or Research Associate by Loomis Sayles. A person is considered a Research Analyst only as to those Covered Securities which he or she is assigned to cover and about which he or she issues research reports to other Investment Persons or otherwise makes recommendations to Investment Persons beyond publishing their research. As to other securities, he or she is simply an Access Person.

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Quality Plan means the quality plan to be produced by the Contractor in accordance with Schedule S2-10 (Quality Plan);

  • Drug test means a test designed to detect the illegal use of a controlled substance.
