DSM Entities definition

DSM Entities means (a) DSM, (b) all of DSM’s Affiliates and subsidiaries (other than any ChemicaInvest Parties), and (c) all officers, directors, managers, members, equity holders, employees, agents, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, consultants, representatives, and other professionals of DSM or of any such Affiliate or subsidiary (other than any ChemicaInvest Parties).

Examples of DSM Entities in a sentence

  • CIH Released Parties” means collectively: (a) each of the Debtors; (b) each of the Releasing Parties, (c) the Committee and each of its members, and (d) each Debtor’s, the Committee’s and each Releasing Party’s officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, investment bankers, consultants, representatives, and other professionals; provided, however, such term shall not include any of the DSM Entities or issuers of the Applicable Insurance.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants. PJM Interchange:

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Acquired Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Target Companies means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Company Entities means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Buyer Group Member means (a) Buyer and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Buyer and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Parent Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Parent.

  • Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of the Infrastructure Partnership, from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the operating entities.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Operating Entities means, from time to time, the Persons in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests and that (i) directly hold real estate assets, or (ii) indirectly hold real estate assets but all of the interests of which are not held, directly or indirectly, by the Holding Entities, other than, in the case of each of (i) and (ii), any Person in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests for investment purposes only of less than 5% of the outstanding equity securities of that Person;

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Buyer Parties means Buyer, its Affiliates, their members, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns.

  • Transferred Subsidiaries shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Parent Entities means, collectively, Parent and all Parent Subsidiaries.

  • Contributors has the meaning set forth in the initial paragraph hereof.
