DSR Guaranty definition

DSR Guaranty means a guaranty of payment in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent issued by an Acceptable Guarantor, which guaranty shall name the Collateral Agent (for the benefit of the Lenders) as the beneficiary thereof.
