DT Representative definition

DT Representative means any of the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Financial Officer of DT or any other person authorised by the Chief Executive Officer of DT.
DT Representative is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Debt Representative means, with respect to any Indebtedness that is secured on a pari passu basis with, or on a junior basis to, the Term Loans, the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent, security agent or similar agent under the indenture or agreement pursuant to which such Indebtedness is issued, incurred or otherwise obtained, as the case may be, and each of their successors in such capacities.

  • Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.

  • Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Shareholder Representative has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Note Holder Representative means a Controlling Note Holder Representative or a Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, as applicable.

  • Member Representative means an individual who can make OHP-related decisions for a member who is not able to make such decisions themselves.

Such certificate shall designate an alternate or alternates, any of whom may act at any time as Issuer Representative.

  • Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to this Call Off Contract;

  • Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency.
