Duplicate Claim definition

Duplicate Claim means a Proven Affected Unsecured Claim against more than one of the Participating CCAA Parties based on the same underlying data or obligation;
Duplicate Claim means a Proven Affected Unsecured Claim against more than one of the Sears Canada Entities based on the same underlying obligation;

More Definitions of Duplicate Claim

Duplicate Claim means a Claim identified by the Monitor as prima facie duplicative of another Claim filed by a Creditor in respect of which the Monitor has sent a Notice of Revision or Disallowance disallowing the Claim for voting and distribution purposes.
