Dutch Employee definition

Dutch Employee means a person who is employed (full time or part time) by ING Bank Personeel B.V. and who is seconded to a Target Company, other than the employees serving in the positions as listed on Annex 22 (Employees);
Dutch Employee is: - an employee who is currently working for Dolby International AB (the “Employer”) or is currently working in the Netherlands for Dolby or any of its subsidiaries (the “Dolby Group”) (each, an “Employee”); or - an employee who formerly worked for the Employer or in the Netherlands for the Dolby Group between the grant date and the vesting date(s) of the eligible options and who has transferred out of the Netherlands to a different tax jurisdiction (a “Transfer Employee”).
Dutch Employee has the meaning set forth in Exhibit Netherlands.
