COVA is responsible for the purchase, sale and storage of crude oil and oil products and must comply with the conditions laid down in the Wet voorraadvorming aardolieproducten 2012 (the Dutch Oil Stockpiling Act) as published in the Staatsblad 2013, 15, effective since April 1st, 2013, and as may be amended from time to time.
In case of an oil crisis within the meaning of the the Dutch Oil Stockpiling Act or as determined by the International Energy Agency, established in Paris, or its successor, Buyer shall make every effort, in joint consultation with COVA, to act to the best of its ability in COVA´s best interests.
