Dutch Vehicle Documents definition

Dutch Vehicle Documents means, in respect of Vehicles in The Netherlands, the keys and spare keys to the Vehicles, the Dutch Vehicle Certificates and the certificates of conformity.

Dutch Vehicle Documents means the registration documents (including, without limitation, the ascription code (tenaamstellingscode)), keys and spare keys to the Dutch Vehicles.

  • Subject to a Master Lease End Date not having occurred and subject to sub‑clause 27.4.1, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until the date on which all Vehicles leased hereunder together with the Dutch Vehicle Documents are redelivered in accordance with Clause 29 (Return and Redelivery of Vehicles).

  • The Lessor shall inform the FleetCo Security Agent (with a copy to the Transaction Agent) of any such steps, actions and recourses taken and/or initiated by it to repossess the Vehicles and/ or Dutch Vehicle Documents.

  • Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement and the Dutch Share Pledge Agreement and any other Security Document governed by Dutch law.
