EAP Counselor definition

EAP Counselor means a person who is a counselor by trade, who has a minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the fields of psychology, counseling, or a comparable area of study and who provides EAP Services. EAP Counselors may be employed by Xxxxx, but are typically independent contractors who are not employees of Triad who accept referrals from Triad.

Examples of EAP Counselor in a sentence

  • An employee may voluntarily contact the EAP Counselor and/or may voluntarily enter rehabilitation without having previously tested positive.
