EBT Working Group Report definition

EBT Working Group Report or “Report” shall mean the most recently revised version of the report initially submitted by the Electronic Business Transaction Working Group on October 9, 1997. The Report shall be on file at the M.D.P.U.
EBT Working Group Report means the most recently revised version of the report initially submitted by the Electronic Business Transaction (“EBT”) Standards Working Group on October 9, 1997 and any other applicable EBT Working Group standards published under the direction of the EBT Working Group (e.g., on the EBT Working Group Website or the successor website). The Report shall be on file at the M.D.P.U. Although the transactions contained in the EBT Working Group Report were originally conceived as the medium of data exchange between the Distribution Company and Competitive Suppliers, reference to the EBT Working Group Report in these Terms and Conditions is for the express purpose of using the transactions contained in the EBT Working Group Report as the vehicles for effectuating the transactions described in these Terms and Conditions.

Examples of EBT Working Group Report in a sentence

  • This transfer would occur in coordination with NGRID using established EDI protocols and in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EBT Working Group Report.

  • This transfer would occur in coordination with Eversource using established EDI protocols and in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EBT Working Group Report.

  • Enrollment will occur pursuant to the rules and procedures set forth in the EBT Working Group Report.

  • This transfer would occur in coordination withNGRID using established EDI protocols and in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EBT Working Group Report.

  • To terminate Generation Service with a Customer, a Competitive Supplier shall submit a “supplier drops customer” transaction, in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EBT Working Group Report.

  • Initiation of Generation Service To initiate Generation Service to a Customer, the Competitive Supplier shall submit an "enroll Customer" transaction to the Company, in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EBT Working Group Report.

  • Upon such notification, the Distribution Company shall send a “Customer move” transaction to the Competitive Suppliers, in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in the EBT Working Group Report.

Related to EBT Working Group Report

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Cost Report means a report detailing all costs incurred in relation to the Activity, to be submitted by the Incubatee to the Incubator.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Envision Compliance and dated July 3, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

  • CREFC® REO Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “REO Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report The monthly report in “Comparative Financial Status Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Test Report means a written report issued by The Sequoia Project that documents the outcomes of the Testing Process; that is, the Applicant’s compliance with the Specifications and Test Materials.

  • Major Decision Reporting Package With respect to any Major Decision, (a) a written report prepared by the Special Servicer describing in reasonable detail (i) the background and circumstances requiring action of the Special Servicer, (ii) the proposed course of action recommended, and (iii) information regarding any direct or indirect conflict of interest in the subject action, and (b) all information in the Special Servicer’s possession that is reasonably requested by the party receiving such Major Decision Reporting Package in order for such party to exercise any consultation or consent rights available to such party under this Agreement.

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Progress Assessment Report (PAR means the monthly compliance report to Owner verifying compliance with the HUB subcontracting plan (HSP).

  • CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Liquidation Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
