EchoStar Group definition

EchoStar Group means EchoStar and each Subsidiary of EchoStar immediately after the consummation of the Pre-Closing Restructuring (other than Newco).
EchoStar Group means all existing and future lines of businesses of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries, excluding the Hughes Retail Group.
