EDC Facility definition

EDC Facility means the second amended and restated credit agreement dated June 23, 2000 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) by and among Alamosa, as borrower, Alamosa Delaware, Texas Telecommunications LP, Alamosa Wisconsin Limited Partnership, Alamosa Delaware GP, LLC, Alamosa Wisconsin GP, LLC, Alamosa Finance LLC, Alamosa Limited LLC, as guarantors, Export Development Corporation, as administrative agent and the lenders named therein.
EDC Facility means all facilities made available by EDC to support obligations of one or more of NNL, its Subsidiaries and its affiliates arising under or relating to letters of credit, letters of guarantee, indemnity arrangements, performance bonds, surety bonds, receivables purchases and similar instruments or arrangements issued or entered into for the benefit of one or more of NNL, its Subsidiaries or its affiliates, including (x) any such facility existing on the Security Amendment No. 1 Effective Date and (y) any master facility agreement with respect to any such support entered into between EDC, NNL and any of NNL's Subsidiaries or affiliates.
EDC Facility means the credit facility in the aggregate maximum principal amount of Sterling 4,100,000 made available to MNL by EDC pursuant to a loan agreement dated February 27, 2003;

  • The EDC Facility cannot be used to repay or refinance permanent reductions to the Operating Facility or to make shareholder contributions, shareholder loans, share buy backs or pay any bonuses or increase executive compensation.
