Educational Version definition

Educational Version means a version of the Software that has been designated as an educational version by Licensor.
Educational Version. If this Software is an Educational Version, you may use it only for the purpose of instruction and for personal learning purposes, and for no other purpose. Educational Versions of the Software may not be used for commercial, professional, or for-profit purposes.

More Definitions of Educational Version

Educational Version means a version of the Licensed Software, sold and licensed on terms agreed to by a signed document on university letterhead, for use by students and faculty of educational institutions only. A "Demonstration Version" means a version of the Licensed Software, so identified, to be used only to review, demonstrate and evaluate the Licensed Software which may have limited or restricted features, and may lack or limit the ability for the end‐user to save the end product. The Licensed Software is provided in a form suitable for a specific CPU and operating system.
Educational Version. If this Software is an Educational Version, you may use it only for the purpose of training and instruction, and for no other purpose. Educational Versions of the Software may not be used for commercial, professional, or for-profit purposes. Evaluation Version: If this Software is identified as a demonstration, evaluation, or NFR version, you may use it only for the purpose of commercial evaluation and demonstration. You may not use it for commercial, professional, or for-profit purposes. Backup Copy: Regardless of which version of the Software you have acquired, you may make one archival (backup) copy of the Software. Such archival copy may not be installed on another computer, unless such computer is a partitioned drive of a server to which only the authorized user has access. In any event, the archival copy may not be used or installed as long as another copy of the Software is installed on any computer. If the Documentation is in printed form, it may not be copied. If the Documentation is in electronic form, it may not be duplicated electronically; however, you may print out one (1) copy, which may not be copied.
Educational Version means the Software being used for educational purposes only and for which Licensee has not purchased license rights to use the Software for commercial purposes, including preparing or making electronic filings in actual bankruptcy cases.
Educational Version means a version which has been bought to IBE Software by an educational institution and may only be provided to students and employees of the institution. The Educational Version may have limited functionalities and/or usage restrictions.
