Effective Date 1 means the date on which the last of the approvals in Clause 1.5(a) of Section V of the Scheme are obtained and Sections I and II of the Scheme are made effective with effect from the Appointed Date 1.

Effective Date 1 means the date which is the later of (i) the date on which the certified copies of the last of the NCLT Order(s) is filed with the relevant RoC; and (ii) 2 (two) Business Days from the date on which the final approval to the Scheme from the Stock Exchanges and SEBI is obtained.
