If prior to the Effective Date, Notice and Administrative Expenses exceed $3,000,000, Lead Counsel may pay Notice and Administrative Expenses exceeding $3,000,000 upon prior approval from Defendants.
Following the Effective Date, Notice and Administrative Expenses exceeding $3,000,000 may be paid from the Escrow Account without further approval from Defendants or any prior order or approval from the Court.
Unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, notice of such filing shall be served on the Post- Effective Date Notice List.
