Effective Notice definition

Effective Notice means the PC §30.06 notice.
Effective Notice much be in written form and send by registered air mail to the correspondence address as stated in Articles 21. Effective notice should mention the meeting agenda, time and place.

Effective Notice has the meaning given in Clause 3.2.1;
