EFH Plan definition

EFH Plan means a bankruptcy plan of reorganization of any EFH Debtor or EFIH Debtor.

  • The EFH Plan Administrator Board shall not be required to give any bond or surety or other security for the performance of its duties unless otherwise ordered by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • All distributions under the Plan shall be made to Holders of Allowed Claims and Allowed Interests by the Disbursing Agent (including at the direction of the EFH Plan Administrator Board, as applicable) on the applicable Effective Date, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, in accordance with the Plan.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all payments in respect of Allowed Priority Tax Claims shall be made by the EFH Plan Administrator Board solely from the EFH/EFIH Distribution Account.

  • Except as otherwise ordered by the Court, this Order shall control any and all discovery by the Participating Parties in connection with the EFH/EFIH Allocation Dispute; provided, however, that the EFH Plan Administrator Board, in agreement with the affected Participating Parties, may amend, modify, or supplement the terms of this Order without further order by the Court upon filing written notice of such amendment or modification with the Court.21.

  • Company 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.09(e).

  • Non-U.S. Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).

  • Distribution Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan of the Company approved by the Board and as set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • Closed panel plan means a plan that provides health benefits to covered persons primarily in the form of services through a panel of providers that have contracted with or are employed by the plan, and that excludes benefits for services provided by other providers, except in cases of emergency or referral by a panel member.

  • Steps Plan means a plan evidenced by Eligible Information contemplating that there will be a series of successions to some or all of the Relevant Obligations of the Reference Entity, by one or more entities.

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Deferred Compensation Plan means any plan, agreement or arrangement maintained by the Company from time to time that provides opportunities for deferral of compensation.

  • Supplemental Plan means a written plan for a child outlining the agency's plan to locate a permanent placement for the child and which may be developed concurrently with the case plan.

  • Plan B means the 1997 Non-Statutory Stock Option Plan;

  • Basin plan means the same as “water quality control plan” as defined in Division 7 (commencing with Section 13000) of the Water Code. Basin Plans are adopted by each Regional Water Board, approved by the State Water Board and the Office of Administrative Law, and identify surface water and groundwater bodies within each Region’s boundaries and establish, for each, its respective beneficial uses and water quality objectives.
