Cost of Funds means, with respect to a Loan in an Alternative Currency, the actual cost to a Lender of funding or maintaining such Loan in the applicable currency from whatever source it may reasonably select for the relevant Interest Period.
Eleventh District Cost of Funds Rate means: (1) the rate equal to the monthly weighted average cost of funds for the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which the particular Interest Determination Date falls as set forth under the caption “11th District” on the display on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 7058 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) (“Moneyline Telerate Page 7058”) as of 11:00 A.M., San Francisco time, on that Interest Determination Date; or (2) if the rate referred to in clause (1) does not so appear on Moneyline Telerate Page 7058, the monthly weighted average cost of funds paid by member institutions of the Eleventh Federal Home Loan Bank District that was most recently announced (the “Eleventh District Index”) by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco as the cost of funds for the calendar month immediately preceding that Interest Determination Date; or (3) if the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco fails to announce the Eleventh District Index on or prior to the particular Interest Determination Date for the calendar month immediately preceding that Interest Determination Date, the Eleventh District Cost of Funds Rate in effect on the particular Interest Determination Date.
Cost of Funds Rate means, for any Accrual Period and any Lender, the rate determined as set forth below:
National Cost of Funds Index The National Monthly Median Cost of Funds Ratio to SAIF-Insured Institutions published by the Office of Thrift Supervision.
Broken Funding Costs means for any Purchaser Interest which: (i) has its Capital reduced without compliance by Seller with the notice requirements hereunder or (ii) does not become subject to an Aggregate Reduction following the delivery of any Reduction Notice or (iii) is assigned under Article XIII or terminated prior to the date on which it was originally scheduled to end; an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (A) the CP Costs or Yield (as applicable) that would have accrued during the remainder of the Tranche Periods or the tranche periods for Commercial Paper determined by the Agent to relate to such Purchaser Interest (as applicable) subsequent to the date of such reduction, assignment or termination (or in respect of clause (ii) above, the date such Aggregate Reduction was designated to occur pursuant to the Reduction Notice) of the Capital of such Purchaser Interest if such reduction, assignment or termination had not occurred or such Reduction Notice had not been delivered, over (B) the sum of (x) to the extent all or a portion of such Capital is allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the amount of CP Costs or Yield actually accrued during the remainder of such period on such Capital for the new Purchaser Interest, and (y) to the extent such Capital is not allocated to another Purchaser Interest, the income, if any, actually received during the remainder of such period by the holder of such Purchaser Interest from investing the portion of such Capital not so allocated. In the event that the amount referred to in clause (B) exceeds the amount referred to in clause (A), the relevant Purchaser or Purchasers agree to pay to Seller the amount of such excess. All Broken Funding Costs shall be due and payable hereunder upon demand.
Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.
STIBOR means the Stockholm inter-bank offered rate.
Adjusted Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to each Mortgage Loan and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate less the Expense Fee Rate.
CIBOR means the Copenhagen interbank offered rate;
Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.
Unadjusted Reference Interest Rate Replacement means the Reference Interest Rate Replacement excluding the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Adjustment.
Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of (i) (a) the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal, plus (b) 5.90%, and (ii) 9.15%.
High Cost Loan is each loan identified in the column "Category under applicable anti-predatory lending law" of the table entitled "Standard & Poor's High Cost Loan Categorization" in the Glossary as each such loan is defined in the applicable anti-predatory lending law of the State or jurisdiction specified in such table and (y) a "Covered Loan" is each loan identified in the column "Category under applicable anti-predatory lending law" of the table entitled "Standard & Poor's Covered Loan Categorization" in the Glossary as each such loan is defined in the applicable anti-predatory lending law of the State or jurisdiction specified in such table.
Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.
NIBOR means the Norwegian interbank offered rate;
Mortgage Interest Rate For any Mortgage Loan, the per annum rate at which interest accrues on such Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note.
Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.
Discount Net Mortgage Rate As defined in the Series Supplement.
Funding Cycle means the period of time commencing with the Notice of Funding Availability or Notice of Credit Availability pursuant to this rule chapter and concluding with the issuance of allocations or loans to Applicants who applied during a given Application Period.
Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, such Mortgage Loan's Mortgage Interest Rate thereon on the first day of the month preceding the month of the related Distribution Date reduced by (i) the Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the Trustee Fee Rate.
High Cost Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan classified as (a) a “high cost” loan under the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act of 1994 or (b) a “high cost,” “threshold,” “covered,” or “predatory” loan under any other applicable state, federal or local law (or a similarly classified loan using different terminology under a law, regulation or ordinance imposing heightened regulatory scrutiny or additional legal liability for residential mortgage loans having high interest rates, points and/or fees).
SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.
Mortgage Interest Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the limit on each Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.
Trustee Advance Rate With respect to any Advance made by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01(b), a per annum rate of interest determined as of the date of such Advance equal to the Prime Rate in effect on such date plus 5.00%.
Cost of Qualified Borrowings means the cost, as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum, of the outstanding borrowings of the Bank drawn down after June 30, 1982, excluding such borrowings or portions thereof as the Bank has allocated to fund: (A) the Bank’s investments; and (B) loans which may be made by the Bank after July 1, 1989 bearing interest rates determined otherwise than as provided in paragraph (a) of this Section.
Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.
