In the case of a Recipient’s death the EIP Shares shall be issued to the Recipient’s personal representatives (including his heirs by will and operation of law) or in the case of Disability to his authorised and lawful representatives.
For this purpose, a full-value award includes Shares, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units payable in Shares, Performance Shares, Performance Units payable in Shares, EIP Shares, Dividend Equivalent Units payable in Shares and any other similar Award payable in Shares under which the value of the Award is measured as the full value of a Share, rather than the increase in the value of a Share.
